• Is Relief Today a Pain Management Clinic?

  No, we are not a classical pain management clinic. Typical pain management clinics rely heavily on opioids and other addictive medications, in addition to a variety of surgical interventions and invasive procedures.

  The Relief Shot is $300 per treatment session. While it may be covered by your insurance plan, we neither accept nor file insurance. We will provide you a receipt or invoice for services so that you can seek reimbursement from your insurance provider. We do not accept or bill Medicare or Medicaid.

• How Do I Pay For The Relief Shot?

  Relief Today accepts cash, check, ACH, debit, and credit card payments. Payments are required at the time of service.

• Are There Side Effects?

  There is always the potential for side effects with any medication. At Relief Today, we obtain a full history, perform a physical examination, and review your current medications to determine whether or not you are an appropriate candidate for the Relief Shot. • How Many Relief Shots Can I Get In A Year

  After the initial Relief Shot, a patient can receive another shot after 10 weeks. After the second Relief Shot, Relief Today recommends intervals of at least 4 months between any further treatments. In general, the total number of treatments per year is limited to 4.

• What Is Relief Today’s Philosophy Towards Medical Care?

  Relief Today puts the patient’s well-being and safety first. We believe environmental factors such as an unhealthy diet, processed foods, sedentary lifestyles, poor sleep habits, and the overwhelming stresses of daily life are likely to be the root cause of chronic inflammation.   No, Relief Today neither recommends nor prescribes any type of pain medications including Schedule II Narcotics or Opioid Analgesics.

• How Long Can I Expect Relief After Receiving The Relief Shot?

  Everyone is different and we can provide no guarantees. Some patients experience relief for a short time period, while others experience relief for much longer periods of time. The degree of relief depends on a patient’s metabolism, genetics, lifestyle, medical health, activity level, sleep habits, previous injuries, and overall physical health. • How Long Will My Appointment Take?

  At Relief Today, our goal is to respect your time by remaining on schedule, on time, and providing safe and effective treatment in approximately 30 minutes. Please visit the Patient Information tab on our website and complete your registration prior to your appointment.

• How Are Relief Shots Given?

  Relief Shot consist of targeted vitamins and supplements in addition to specifically selected steroids given intravenously (IV), intramuscularly (IM), and orally. Our blend of agents is non-narcotic, non-addicting, and formulated to produce a noticeable, immediate, and beneficial reduction in discomfort and stiffness.

• Have you had any SURGERIES in the last 6 weeks or have any planned in the next 6 weeks?

  If so, please call to reschedule your treatment to be administered at least 6 weeks after your surgery.

• Have you had any VACCINATIONS in the last 2 weeks?

  If so, please call to reschedule your treatment to be administered at least 2 weeks AFTER your vaccinations.

• Do you have ACTIVE CANCER?

  If so, we must have a note from your oncologist giving permission to receive treatment.

• Do you have an ACTIVE INFECTION or are you ON ANTIBIOTICS?

  If so, please call to reschedule your treatment to be administered at least 2 weeks after finishing your antibiotics.

• How Do I Pay For The Relief Shot?

• Do you have ADRENAL INSUFFICIENCY (ADDISON’S OR CUSHING’S)?

  If so, we must have a note from your Doctor giving you permission to receive treatment

• Are you DIABETIC?

  If so, you must provide proof of an A1C of 7.0 or lower, dated within the last 6 months.

• Do you have a THYROID CONDITION?

  If so, it must be well controlled. If not well controlled, please provide a note from your Doctor giving you permission to receive treatment.

• Have you had a KENALOG INJECTION in the last 3 months?

  If so, please call to reschedule your treatment to be administered at least 3 months after that injection.

• Are you ALREADY RECEIVING B-12 INJECTIONS?

  If so, you must wait to receive your Relief Shot at least 1 month after your most recent B-12 injection.
